As we come to understand that Jesus Christ is the Good Shepherd, our desire increases to follow His example and serve those in need. Just as a shepherd seeks out a lost sheep, parents may seek after a child who has wandered. President James E. As we understand that Jesus Christ is our example in all things, we can increase our desire to follow Him. We will celebrate the love our Savior and Heavenly father have given us and it will be a time to hold and heal each other as sisters. If you can, bring a wrapped scarf for a scarf exchange and any donations for the Shaws to give on their annual trip to Mexico. They need anything used to make clothes, quilts and pillows, and will also accept money. Please come and share this night with us even if you don't have a scarf or donation. Thanks everyone for being patient while I learn this blog stuff. I still have a lot to learn, so I also appreciate any feedback. Next I need to learn to email it to you!
I can say, with surety, that being set apart makes miracles happen!! Thanks to the people who put this together before me. Your work, dedication and creativity are true gifts!
I will periodically update and add to it throughout the month, so please keep checking the site if you need to followup on something. I am also happy for any suggestions you might have. Like the Pinecrest Sisters on facebook (a brilliant idea!), I want this to be a site for everyone to make comments on (but for now, call me with your comments until I figure out how to make the site accept comments).
